Since 1969 Argencons has been developing major ventures and is recognized for its reliability, the security of its proposals, and the widespread reception and esteem given to its innovative products.
At the peak of the 70’s, Argencons takes on the planning of a city block in Palermo bound by Ugarteche, Segui, Scalabrini Ortiz and Cerviño streets, hitting a milestone with the creation and development of the first complex with an infrastructure for security, amenities and leisure (the “luxury building” model used by all today).
In the 90’s—a period marked by economic growth, deregulation, and access to credit—Argencons learned to see the importance of incorporating the latest technology and creating offers tailored to the client, with strong added value, creating the Quartier brand, synonymous with top-notch residential complexes with innovative concepts in quality, service and operations.
In 2003, Argencons begins construction and financing of large residential complexes under the Trust At Cost model, initiating—with Quartier Libertador and Quartier de la India—a method that today has been fully implemented.
It has turned over 17 Quartier Complexes.
