The Regional Council of Chemistry - IV Region is a federal autarchy created by Law 2,800, published in 1956. Operating in the State of São Paulo, its main objective is to prevent society from being harmed by the manufacture of products and by the execution of services in the Chemistry area by clandestine companies or by people with a lack of technical and scientific knowledge.
