We are a community of changemak with the goal to enable more womxn to create a sustainable future & combat climate change. The initiative was originally created to support women in the EIT Climate-KIC accelerator programs back in 2019. The network has now developed into a large network of womxn across the globe with a goal to create a new leadership paradigm to collaborate & accelerate impact & positive change. OUR GOAL: Creating a community & space to exchange, network & enable opportunities for womxn* to drive the Green Tech & Climate Innovation eco-system. Establishing a cross-industry platform to connect people & companies who can help solve our biggest problems by providing access to a wider network of top womxn. It's time for ACTIONS not WORDS! Womxn leadership is key to successful climate action. With this initiative we want to enable more womxn to enter the field of green tech & climate innovation. We want to break down barriers, create opportunities & solve problems. We need to work across the normal industry Silos & enable access to people, investment & tools for womxn in this space that are not available today. Relationships & access are important for under-represented groups to succeed in these critical new industries and have significant impact on how successful humanity is in creating a more sustainable future for life on earth! We systematically support womxn in entering the green tech & climate innovation sector & organization to be able to achieve gender parity by: Creating a safe & positive networking environment Highlighting role models & enabling personal & organizational change Co-creating & talking with companies & decision makers to trigger concrete action for more womxn; Providing a platform, not a service to scale faster & global; We are 100% impact driven . Since then we have been holding regular events to connect & support women in green tech & social impact entrepreneurship & grown a large network of women from across the world.
