We worked with large employers and sector groups to develop new apprenticeships in legal services and for the travel sector. Although we are headquartered in central Manchester, we work across England with partner-employers across a range of industry sectors. Damar works with large employers who pay the apprenticeship levy as well as with smaller, non-levy paying employers. We are Ofsted inspected (grade 2 – good) and have a direct contract with the Education and Skills Funding Agency. Most of our delivery takes place in the workplace. We have a national team of experienced coaches and 1:1 face to face online learning is complemented by a blend of online workshops, e-learning, activity briefs, and supported self-directed study.
