Since 1957, Signal Centers has served the Chattanooga community and beyond through programs focusing on individuals with disabilities, young families, and promoting high quality early childhood education and practices. Today, our organization is made up of 12 programs, over 350 employees, serving all 95 counties in Tennessee.
