ICRAVE is Journey's physical design studio, charged with making multidimensional experiences (MDX) a tangible reality. With a two-decade–plus legacy of defying conventions, ICRAVE relentlessly pushes the boundaries of what's possible in spatial and experience design.
We're the team behind JFK Airport's game-changing Terminal 5 experience, where we transformed waiting time into quality time. We've reimagined cancer care at Memorial Sloan Kettering, proving out the healing properties of empathetic design. And when MSG set its sights on Las Vegas, where it wanted to create the planet’s most immersive entertainment venue, they called us to design the interior experience of the Sphere.
We are an integral part of Journey’s Experience Stack. Inspired by the concept of a tech stack, our Experience Stack draws on decades of cumulative expertise from our physical, lighting, live & immersive, and emerging technology studios to produce magical, meaningful, original work. This integration propels our partners into new realms of growth and delivers multidimensional experiences that are not just consumed, but that are lived and felt through every dimension of human interaction.
