We are engaged by territorial authorities to prepare resource consent applications for municipal water takes, wastewater and stormwater discharges and Notices of Requirements, and to prepare and submit on Plan Change processes. On the other hand, we work with private sector clients on large land development and Master Planning projects, inner city developments and rural activities involving water harvesting, ground and surface water takes and discharge activities through to the establishment of industrial operations involving activity types across Regional and District Council functions. As a specialist planning consultancy, we recognize the value of specialist skills. In this regard, we specialise in our areas of expertise and work seamlessly with others specialising in theirs.
