The U.S. Center for SafeSport is an independent national nonprofit organization responsible for responding to and preventing emotional, physical, and sexual misconduct and abuse in the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. We also serve as an educational resource for sports organizations at all level, from recreational to professional.
Founded in 2017 by Congressional mandate, in the wake of highly publicized cases of athlete abuse, our staff is growing rapidly, now numbering over 100 in nearly 30 states.
We recruit talented humans in a wide array of fields, from investigations and law to education and training, to audit and compliance, to marketing and communications.
Our values of respect, accountability, inclusivity, integrity and wellness underscore all we do, and our passion for our work inspires us daily to build a culture—throughout our team and among athletes and allies everywhere—in which everyone feels safe, supported, and strengthened.
If you have experienced abuse or misconduct—or if you have reasonable suspicion of abuse or misconduct inflicted on, or by, someone in the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement report here: https://uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern/
