YSR offers classes in Running, Swimming, Muay Thai, Parkour, Wrestling, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Kung Fu, CrossFit, Yoga, Gymnastics, Acroyoga, Fitness, Self-Defense, Body Building, Field Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball and Basketball.
We are funded through independent donations, and with the help of our donors and volunteers, we have managed to keep on growing to be able to welcome more and more people on the move every day.
Our organisational structure recognises that communities are more capable of deciding what is beneficial for themselves. Hereby, YSR focuses on facilitating classes and providing the necessary support (physical, social, educational, financial) to enable the community themselves to lead and teach sport.
