ISPOR IN SOUTH AFRICA: The ISPOR SA Chapter, established in 2007 as a regional chapter of ISPOR International, is a registered Section 21 non-profit Association. Currently, we have a membership of 51 dedicated individuals. Over the years, we have successfully organized 11 local ISPOR Conferences, bringing together experts in Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research. Our conferences have featured engaging workshops, insightful panel discussions, and enlightening plenary sessions with both international and local speakers. These events have been instrumental in addressing pertinent issues within our field. One of our key strengths lies in the diverse representation on our board and among our members. We pride ourselves on maintaining an unbiased and independent perspective, ensuring that our initiatives and activities reflect the best interests of our community. Together, we strive to foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and evidence-based decision-making.
