We are a community development corporation that has served the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA since 1980. Our mission is to build a better Oakland and help neighbors thrive. Our services include community planning and organizing, affordable housing, workforce development, youth leadership development, and neighborhood preservation and greening.
