Health Quality Innovators (HQI) is an independent, non-profit consulting organization that has improved care delivery, patient safety, and outcomes for millions of people since 1984. Most of our services are funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other state and federal government agencies.
