Kōwhai Fan Fest is a celebration of makers, artists, and performers, created by and for the local cosplay and cosplay-adjacent communities. We are a registered not-for-profit incorporated society (Kōwhai Fan Fest inc), based in Christchurch, run entirely by volunteers who are passionate about the power of pop-culture and fandom to bring people together. We are committed to giving small businesses and the local community a platform to showcase their talents.
