The Upper Occoquan Service Authority (UOSA) is a leader in water reclamation serving the citizens of Fairfax County, Prince William County, The City of Manassas and Manassas Park. Since 1978, UOSA began its operations and has since been a major contributor to the water supply of the Northern Virginia region.
