We pick up and drop off passengers door to door there is no need to meet at a specific location. When we pick up a passenger at the airport our driver will meet them inside the baggage claim with a sign with the passengers name on it and help with getting any luggage to the vehicle. Our dispatch system automatically tracks the flights for the correct arrival time and alerts the driver in the event of a delay or early arrival. The state of the art dispatch system we use will also text message the passenger a picture of the driver upon arrival at the airport.
