24 hour or less response time to any client inquiries – if you are not able to reach one of our associates, we will return your call within 24 hours. If you send an email inquiry we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours as well.
We conduct quarterly follow up calls for all of our group benefit clients as well as conducting our yearly renewals 3 months prior to the renewal date.
We conduct yearly reviews for our life insurance clients to make sure they have the proper coverage due to any lifestyle changes that may have occurred within the past year.
