Symphony Pastries was founded by native Frenchman Yann Machard out of a desire to assist restaurant pastry chefs in providing quality French pastry to patrons. Symphony aims to inspire these chefs with the delicious foundations for their creative expression with top-quality ingredients, combined in mouthwatering and visually pleasing ways.
With creativity and extraordinary presentation in mind, Symphony aims to bring offerings & pastry chefs to a higher level using only the absolute best ingredients: imported chocolate with a minimum of 68% “cocoaliquor,” Tahitian vanilla beans, imported fruit purées, heavy cream and pure butter.
