The Fund for Women and Girls: Igniting Change in Chester County leads and unites the community through philanthropy and advocacy to ensure that women and girls have resources and opportunities to thrive. We engage in grantmaking, advocacy and educational pursuits to ensure that local women and girls attain physical well-being, equality and economic security. As a vital community partner and leader, we are bold, thoughtful and creative in uniting individuals and organizations around a shared commitment to women and girls. Since 1997, The Fund has awarded nearly $4 million in grants to 86 non-profit agencies throughout Chester County to strategically address the persisting health, economic, physical and emotional needs of women and girls.
