New Horizons is a non-profit organization in Nashville, TN that provides employment, supported living, and social opportunities to adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 10 Middle Tennessee counties. Our Mission: To support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by advocating for their rights and dignity, providing person-centered services and programs, and ensuring their independence through meaningful work, living conditions, and access to the community.
