CAP provides FREE assistive technology for Federal employees with targeted disabilities and wounded service members. CAP services are available to individuals with visual, hearing, dexterity, and cognitive disabilities. CAP works to remove barriers to federal employment opportunities by eliminating the costs of assistive technology, to ensure equal access to the information environment and the Federal government.
