The Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado was organized in 1967 and chartered by the National Association of Home Builders as an Affiliated Association in May of 1969 to serve Northern Colorado, including Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, Fort Morgan, Windsor and surrounding communities. We are construction professionals and industry partners advocating for the health of our industry, our communities, and the success of our members.
