Carabao Tawandang Co. Ltd. was established and incorporated on 22nd August 2001, with initial registered capital at the time of incorporation of one million Baht and launched our flagship energy drink product under line the brand "Carabao Dang" on 28th October 2002. Carabao Tawandang is a joint venture between Mr. Yuenyong Opakul or Add Carabao, the founder and lead singer of Thailand’s most successful song-for-life band Carabao and German Tawandang Brewery – a restaurant owned by Mr. Sathien Setthasit and Ms. Nutchamai Thanombooncharoen. The company’s flagship product name, “Carabao Dang” comes from the band “Carabao”, combined with Tawandang. As the company grew, the shareholders foresaw the need to shift the company’s strategy into a fully integrated business model, expanding operations into sourcing, production, marketing, and distribution. This led to the establishment of Carabao Group Public Co., Ltd. on 8th July 2014 and was later listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on November 21, 2014.
