CEDA has been established to develop local (Botswana) entrepreneurs through funding, training and mentoring strategies. It was established as an scheme to instill efficiency and productivity on the existing citizen empowerment schemes. There are four main products and services provided by this organization namely: Loan financing, non cash instruments, provision of training and mentoring services and credit guarantee scheme.
