Our molding process can hold dimensional tolerances to 1% or .002 depending on the configuration of the part and .002 x .10 flash extension. Tolerances may be able to be held tighter depending on the configuration of the part and flash tolerances can be improved using secondary operations such as cryogenic de-flashing.
