Since 1996, BBRC has been the leading center for small business training, financing and technical assistance primarily for economically disadvantaged, minority and women owned businesses. Birmingham Business Resource Center (BBRC) is a “One-Stop-Shop” small business development agency with the following objectives: * To promote the civic welfare of citizens in the City of Birmingham * To assist the City of Birmingham’s economic development efforts * To promote and assist the growth of small businesses by providing programs that help access needed capital * To benefit the community by fostering increased employment opportunities through the expansion of business, industry and economic development * To provide a convenient location for persons seeking assistance in establishing, growing or expanding small business enterprises.
