Our leasing and property management service is categorized in to three options detailed below: 1. Full Service This service entails the leasing and management of your real estate property. We have experienced professional both in leasing and property management who will ensure that your property is well maintained and doesn’t stay vacant for long periods. 2. Lease Only In this case we only help you in finding tenant(s) for your property, and let you handle the management part of the property. Our property leasing service include: • Advertise the property for rent • Take calls from prospective tenants • Show the property by appointment • Perform a detailed background check of prospective tenants • Prepare the lease documents and addenda • Perform the Move-In inspection with your new tenant • Forward the lease and move inspection to you. 3. Manage Only This applies in the case where the property is already rented but you require professionals to handle the property management part. Our property management services include collecting the rent, coordinating repairs, and all the tasks associated with managing the tenancy. We will not be paid a tenant procurement fee. We will just collect our management fee based on the amount of income we collect for you.
