We do individual coaching and workshops. Our further specialty is Commercial and Labour Law, which include drafting of all Contracts i.e. Commercial Contracts, Lease Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Associations Agreements, Loan Agreements, Sale of Immovable Property Contracts, Service and Employment Agreements and Commercial Litigation, Liquidations, Sequestrations and Rehabilitations. We also do the administration of Deceased Estates and drafting of Wills and Living Wills, Curatorship Applications and Trust Law. Litigation is our forte and we appear in the Civil Courts all over the Cape Town area almost on a daily basis.
