Weight lossWe are Certified Health Coaches who work with our clients to lose weight (up to 2 to 5 pounds per week), using a doctor recommended comprehensive program. We have clients in over 23 states and can coach nationwide. The coaching is FREE and the results are long-term. We focus on lifestyle and many of our clients have had their medications reduced or eliminated completely for such things as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type II Diabetes, and a host of other illnesses. We were clients several years ago and have been "paying it forward" now for over 3 years. We work with our client's physicians in many cases for the best results. This is a non-drug program and is usually cost neutral.
