When we work with companies typically the first course of action is to do an in depth "forensic analysis" of the organization and its' management. The goal is to establish an operational benchmark. From there we often do customer focus groups to familiarize ourselves with the markets perception of a companies goods and/or services. In addition we conduct employee focus groups to familiarize ourselves with the corporate perception from the inside out. After an appropriate amount of relevant research, we analyze our data and suggest paths to increased operational efficiencies.
