Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International, is a leading research institution working in Pakistan since 1980. Having a strong team of academicians among our consultants, each year we conduct several high profile studies for the Government of Pakistan and have collaborated with a number of UN agencies in Pakistan such as the World Bank and UNICEF. Additionally, we have occasionally provided research support for projects conducted by leading academic institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Oxford, LSE and Yale University.
Previously Gallup Pakistan has taken a lead role in research on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the area of economic research and “Problems of Children” in the area of social research. Moreover, Gallup Pakistan was the first Survey Research agency to start work on the Issue of Financial Inclusion.
Gallup Media Research Report is the only Service available in Pakistan which combines primary research from all four medias (TV, Newspaper, Radio and Social Media) and helps its local and International clients in 360º media buying/planning decisions.
In the healthcare sector, Gallup Pakistan has been at the forefront of behavioral studies regarding Polio and various other health, hygiene and sanitation related issues in the country with special reference to their awareness.
Other projects include Education Research (supply/demand side factor analyses) and research in the domain of Law. Gallup is also pioneering the field of Behavioral Economics in Pakistan by setting up three labs in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Currently, a project on anti-biotic uptake through gamification is also underway.
Gallup also regularly undertakes studies that aim to gauge the performance of the government and institutions to keep a keen eye on the public pulse of Pakistan.
