Fueled by the success and achievements in the Textile sector, the Group gained the impetus to diversify and expand its business interests. Currently in its third decade, the Group has successfully charted its own course in diverse areas in the field of Real Estate development by means of joint ventures with leaders in the real estate business. To complement its other businesses Konark plans to be an Independent Power Producer (IPP) of renewable power up to FY14 by harnessing energy sustainably from natural elements - Wind, Water, Sun and Earth.
