MISSION Main Street Richmond enriches Richmond’s downtown by coordinating and collaborating with city government, property owners and business owners resulting in economic prosperity, community development and a vibrant center city. PURPOSE Main Street Richmond is a private community-based entity leading in promoting and stabilizing our center city. Our focus is on identifying and classifying properties, forming partnerships to stabilize and market those properties, while supporting current center city businesses.
