Our is to support, inspire, train and mobilize a world-wide movement of members and affiliates conducting humanitarian, peace-building, social and civic action based on the Zen Peacemakers’ Three Tenets: Not Knowing, Bearing Witness and Taking Action. We operate a dedicated social network of members and affiliates around the world and lead service programs and Bearing Witness retreats in locations around the world of past mass suffering. Zen Peacemakers were founded by Zen Master Bernie Glassman and Jishu Holmes.
