KT Rwanda Networks was established to deliver universal broadband access based on world-class 4G LTE technology upon Rwanda’s national Fiber optic infrastructure and to manage the fixed-mobile converged infrastructure as the wholesale provider of high-speed mobile broadband, Currently covering more than 98% of the population. KT Rwanda is Rwanda's only 4G LTE infrastructure company. KT Rwanda Networks aims to promote healthy competition for advanced retail services and solutions, benefit consumers & enterprises, and transform Rwanda into the ICT hub of East Africa.
