Co-Lab (formerly WLASS) is a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) owned by councils in the Waikato. We are the vehicle through which the councils collaborate, to solve problems and develop opportunities to be more effective – for their benefit and their communities. We also provide services to our shareholders and undertake cross-council procurement activity on their behalf.
