Griffith Davison's foundations were built upon construction law when we formed the firm in 1993. We strategically grew to become one of the largest groups of construction attorneys in the Southwest. Eventually, we recognized that the natural evolution of our firm was to expand into the related fields of commercial real estate, corporate law and commercial litigation. Our practice includes the representation of clients in construction and design defect cases. These cases often involve complex insurance issues arising out of the myriad of policies typically involved in a construction project.
