Restorative Way LLC advances the art and science of restorative communication through training, consulting, and program development. Since 2004 we have facilitated over 2000 successful conflict resolutions, trained thousands of people to be more effective and compassionate communicators, and built nationally recognized restorative justice and communication programs. We work with schools, businesses and organizations, justice systems and correctional facilities. Based on the latest neuroscience of communication and trauma-responsive methodologies, ours is not a band-aid approach to conflict and misconduct. We get to the underlying issues driving conflict and misconduct, and through respectful and empathic encounter, rebuild relational trust and cooperation.
