Our fragrances are made to order, and we offer a fragrance matching service using our analytical chemical experience to extract, analyse and then replicate fragrances. This allows our customers to achieve cheaper, or more reliable supply of their required fragrance. It also allows fragrances to be created for a new application. We employ rigorous outgoing quality assurance procedures and techniques, using the latest technology, to deliver outstanding product quality: GC-MS, FT-IR, digital microscopy (for powder fragrances), and the more usual techniques of refractometry, density and polarimetry. Our fully integrated IT system ensures products pass QA before being packed, and prevents products from being dispatched if they do not pass our extensive testing. More than 99.9% of our products pass QA without any further investigation. Industrial Fragrances was formed in 2012 and our experience and knowledge is reflected in our products and service. Our team of experts ensure that all departments are covered, including technical and legal aspects. The company takes its responsibilities very seriously. We only source from the UK/EU and use REACH registered substances, unless exempted. We run the company with a declared ethical statement from the Directors, striving to carry out business in a simple and environmentally friendly manner, limiting our impact on the local community.
