Company History
The National Airports Corporation is a State aviation enterprise established under the Civil Aviation Act 2000 as amended.
The Company evolved from the airport division functions of the former Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) through a NEC approved Civil Aviation Authority Reform program that separated the regulatory functions from the commercial functions of the former CAA.
Ownership
NAC is owned by the people of Papua New Guinea, through the Trustee Shareholding of the Minister for Treasury & Finance, and the Minister for Civil Aviation.
