Briscoe Properties Limited (“BPL”) was incorporated on the 25th of September 2003 as a Facility Management company with the name Briscoe Homes Limited. The Company name was changed to Briscoe Properties Limited in February 2004 and the business scope was broadened to include Property Development, Project Management and Property Management / Sales and Leasing. BPL is a subsidiary of R.T. Briscoe Nigeria PLC [“RTB”]. BPL is currently the manager of a number of residential estates and retail properties in the Lagos environs . Her clientele includes oil companies, discerning private individuals, developers and blue chip companies. BPL is also the selected facility manager of a privately developed gated estate, Fara Park, comprising 304 units of apartments, townhouses, patio homes and detached houses, among other residential and non-residential sites.
