Ritus specializes in the design and manufacture of custom-molded products, including wiring grommets, ducts and hoses, seals, custom-molded rubber parts and custom-molded plastics. Ritus mainly serves customers in the automotive, industrial, marine, small engine and power sports/ recreational vehicle markets. Over 250,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. Ritus houses over 200 rubber and plastic molding machine presses ranging from 10 to 500 tons. The plants contain over 84 pieces of equipment that support numerous secondary service operations including a test lab, a camera vision system, cryogenic deflashing, material and tool design, overmolding, hot stamping, welding, and assembly.
