UW NEXT works to keep current and former United Way employees connected to each other and the mission through member communications, events, and educational programming. UW NEXT also provides leadership in the preservation of the history and traditions of the United Way network. UW NEXT is an independent 501(c)3 voluntary membership organization with approximately 500 individual members (current and former United Way staff) and more than 200 organizational members from supporting state and local United Ways.
