Duna House Holding, operating since 1998, is the owner of Hungary’s largest real estate franchise networks in terms of the number of offices, and holds a leading position on the market of real estate related financial and other services. In Hungary the Holding operates franchise networks under two names (Duna House and Smart Ingatlan). Through its services it provides complex support for the clients, contributing to the entire sales process and generating profit from more fields.  The Holding is active in the following five segments: franchise system operation, operation of own real estate agencies, financial products brokerage, provision of real estate related services (property management, property valuation, energy certificate), as well as real estate investments.  The Holding’s strategic goal is to become a key player of the regional market both in the fields of real estate brokerage and related services. In 2016 Duna House Holding gained 100% ownership of the largest real estate brokerage network of Poland called Metrohouse. Later, in September, the Holding bought majority shares of Duna House s.r.o in the Czech Republic, gaining ownership of every network member in the region. In 2018 Duna House Holding acquired a Polish finance firm, Gold Finance. The latest addition to the portfolio in 2022 is CrediPass, the second biggest credit institute of Italy. Impact Asset Management Ltd., in the exclusive ownership of the Holding, obtained the investment fund management activity permit of the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) on April 20, 2016, and established Hungary’s first public open-end real estate investment fund.
