Dill & Parsley is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant with currently 5 locations in New York City, highlighting ingredients and flavors indigenous to the Aegean coastline and central Anatolian regions. Our food is inspired from centuries-old Mediterranean recipes and reflect contemporary adaptations. We take pride in cooking and preparing with natural ingredients, and sourcing the highest quality grains, produce, spices, and livestock. We offer a whole array of healthy choices for our community, whether they prefer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or all-natural.
Since starting our first kitchen in 2015, we have been perfecting recipes and our processes to create a cost-effective yet high quality offering to our following. We have since grown to 5 locations with near-term plans to expand further within and outside New York City.
