The Central Eastside Industrial Council is a business association focused solely on the Central Eastside Industrial District's economic success, vitality, and livability. Our mission is to serve the business interests of our members by advocating for a vibrant, safe, prosperous and welcoming Central Eastside Industrial District. As a membership-based nonprofit organization, we represent the second-largest business district in the Portland Metro Region. We are hyper-local and intentionally focused on our member businesses that make the District an incredible place to live, work, play, and stay. The CEIC launched the Enhanced Service District: Central Eastside Together in September of 2019. Central Eastside Together will foster a safer and more secure district for all, enhance the pedestrian experience, reinforce economic viability, and promote Central Eastside’s unique identity through innovative and highly responsive programs.
