Airway Breathing Company, Inc. (dba "ABC Health Care") has been in business since 1983. Our founder, Elwood James Miller, was a respiratory therapist who started ABC Health Care out of his garage and grew it into a local provider known for caring, service, and dependability. Elwood was dramatically killed on July 25, 1999 in a jet ski accident at Buckroe Beach. His son, Justin Miller, at the age of 18, withdrew from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA) and came back to run the business. He continues to lead ABC Health Care as Virginia's largest privately held dually-accredited home medical equipment and clinical respiratory service provider.
ABC Health Care's Mission is to set the standard of excellence in our community by providing the patient, their families, and their physicians with confidence that we are dedicated, committed, and capable of delivering responsive, professional, and caring service to each and every patient as part of a successful plan of care.
Our goal is through the provision of quality patient care and continuous development of innovative partnerships, we will continue to be a leader in the home care services industry.
