Picodya develops hybrid, molecular and immunoassay, scalable multiplexed point of care testing (xPOCT) platforms that deliver lab-comparable results within one single patient encounter, shortening the diagnosis time frame from days to minutes.
Picodya was founded in 2018, by Yehuda Yavets-Chen and Kibbutz Hatzerim. Hatzerim also established Netafim, the global leader in drip irrigation technology.
The company collaborates with leading academic research institutions and pandemic preparedness centers in the US, Europe and Israel, including the NIH’s National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Weizmann Institute of Science, Sheba Medical Center and others.
