We’ve built relationships with growers, butchers, millers, and cheesemakers based on a shared commitment to environmental sustainability. Together, we’re helping create a thriving food system and stronger local food community. Our mission is to be a collaborative partner to our farms, helping them ensure a sustainable future for their land and their business. Additionally we aim to be a trusted source of high quality local ingredients, and to connect chefs, retailers and institutions directly to the small farms of the Hudson Valley and the Northeast.
