Across North America, WEPAN’s network connects over 900 leaders who proactively pursue strategies and implement solutions to increase participation, retention and success of women in engineering from engineering college through executive leadership. WEPAN is a non-profit that mobilizes research in gender, diversity and inclusion and promotes practical, targeted initiatives to achieve sustainable, systems-level improvement in the engineering higher education-to-workplace system.
