Our flagship training curriculum, "Rewiring for Resilience," incorporates mindfulness science and is customized to each workplace cohort. This program has reached more than 1,000 participants in Wyoming, primarily healthcare and public service professionals, in partnership with the Wyoming Department of Health. FSI spent a decade exploring the best methodologies for bringing these tools to scale and has developed and field-tested a remote delivery model that encourages virtual community. The content, including daily practice prompts delivered via email, can be customized to each audience.
